Move In Ready and Quick Move In New Homes Near Fayetteville, NC

If you need a new home soon, for a PCS move, a job change or a lease that is ending, the fastest path is usually a home the builder has already started or finished. I checked the builder's own website for every community on my report. 64 communities from 13 builders listed 331 homes with a price as quick move in, move in ready or available homes, in 13 towns: Lillington, Aberdeen, Angier, Raeford, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Vass, Carthage, Southern Pines, Cameron, Bunnlevel, Hope Mills and West End. The lowest listed price was $224,000 at Townes at North Main in Lillington.

How I counted: a home is counted when the builder's community page lists it with a price. Homes marked sold, pending sale or under contract are not counted. Builders use different labels (quick move in, move in ready, available homes, homes for sale), and the table shows the label each builder uses. Some listed homes are finished and some are still under construction; the move in ready column shows how many the builder itself marks move in ready, only for builders that label each home that way. Listed prices are the builder's current price on that page, which can be lower than the community starting price when a builder discounts a finished home.

Counts and prices are from the builder websites when I checked. Miles are straight line miles from the center of the Fort Bragg census area to the location the builder published, the same as the Fort Bragg page, shown for towns on that page's distance table. Quick move in inventory changes daily, so confirm with the builder before you plan around a home.
